Passengers Mr and Mrs Stevens (October 5, 1841, Page 2, top left column, The Port Phillip Herald). Victorian shipping record shows 10 male adults and 2 female adults paid their own fares, 2 males and 2 females were born, 2 female adults and 1 female infant died.
The Middlesex mastered by John Salmon, was a wooden barque of 418 tons built at Sunderland in 1839, owned by Duncan Dunbar and Co. The vessel arrived with 219 passengers. There were four births (including Elizabeth and James Gorey's son Michael) and four deaths on the passage.

Passengers Mr and Mrs Buckland, 3 dau and 1 son, Mr and Mrs Garde and 2 chn, Madame Pelite and child, Messrs W and J Foster, Whittey, Duenlin/Duerden, Perrott and Dr Kinglake/Kinlake, 21 Intermediate and 271 steerage under superintence of Dr Brown.
The Recapitulation is very neat - graphs trades and sex/status/age
Port Phillip Herald 9 Apr 1841 reports the Cargo included a Durham bull aged 18 months which was sold for 120 pounds, The imported cow was bought in by the owners for 6 pounds 10 shillings

March 1, cleared for Sydney, passengers Lieut Tollervey, Dr Lynch, Dr Fullarton, Miss Fullarton, Mr and Mrs Leich and child, Mr and Mrs Bourne, Messrs Armytage, Exton, M'Leod, Wiggin and Herrist, and 20 in steerage, with part of her original cargo
Nimrod arrived Sydney 10 March 1841, from Port Phillip on 4 March, with sundries. Passengers Capt Tollervey RN, Dr Fullerton and Miss Fullerton, Mr and Mrs Leitch/Latch and son, Mr JJ Armitage, Mr J Eaton, Mr D McLeod, Mr F Weagan/Wegan, Dr Lynch, Mr Elliott Herriott, Mr and Mrs Bourne, Mr Smith, and 6 Intermediate.
Platinaarrived 12 Jan from New Zealand, barque 320 tons, Wycherly/Chrichley master. Cargo of sawn timber for Thomas, Enscoe and James, 170 oars, 100 broken deals for Wycherby.
